Join me at the Work and Family Research Network’s 2012 Conference in NYC
Influenced by an uncertain economy and job market, the work-life merge takes center stage in 2012 heading into elections. Corporate America must navigate a new economy driven by global influences, a 24/7 marketplace and an urgent need to keep employees engaged and on board.
So, for good reason, excitement is building about the Work and Family Researchers Network’s Conference June, 2012. The organization of interdisciplinary work and family researchers, is bringing together more than 700 people from across the globe to tackle issues related to the work-life merge. I’m happy to be presiding over a symposium discussion on Integrating Perspectives on the Work-Life Interface.
The panel of experts include some of the finest work-life pioneers I have come to know as I’ve covered work-life culture for more than a decade. I am honored to share the stage with these folks. Hope to connect with you there.
Panelist: David Ballard, American Psychological Association’s Psychologically Healthy Workplace Program
