After two decades in the newsroom, and years of volunteer work with people living with life-challenging illnesses, Judy knows a lot about conquering chaos and cultivating resilience in the workplace. Every month Judy offers a 3-5 minute Work/Life daybreak exercise or breathing technique designed to help reduce stress and build an inner warehouse of strength to call upon when facing daily workplace challenges. They can be applied to any belief system and are specifically designed for Work/Life integration issues.

 

This month’s meditation, The “Breath of Awareness”, is a technique you can use to calm mind and body, and harness your awareness in every moment at home and work. You’ll open to being fully present and connected to all the creativity that is available to you. This meditation grounds you in the world while connecting you to your highest potential and drawing upon your intuitive intelligence. I’ll guide you through 17 minutes of peaceful visualization and breathing backed by the sounds of the ocean. Once you learn the technique you will be able to use it on your own throughout your busy day.
